GMHC, Daniel Nardicio and the Dworld crew are putting together the COVID DESTROYERS- using funds to employ out-of-work drag queens and go go dancers and enforce safety on Fire Island. Our COVID DESTROYERS will greet people at the dock with hand sanitizer and masks, infiltrate beach parties/groups to encourage social distancing, and educate island visitors about how to stay safe and still have fun! We can look out for our own, and employ members of our community to get the job done.
